Cancellation Policy
We all know life can be unpredictable, however, out of the respect for the stylist and for wait-listed clients, we have a firm cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or reschedules on the day of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $100 fee for color service, and a $50 fee for non-color services.
No Show
Failure to cancel your appointment day of are subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of your service.
Late Arrivals
If you are late more than 15 minutes to your appointment and the service cannot be completed within the alloted time frame, your stylist will have to reschedule your appointment.
